1. Appointments & Bookings

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.

3. Payments

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

  • Services once provided are non-refundable.
  • If you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately so we can address your concern.
  • Adjustments may be offered within 2–3 days of the service (depending on the service type).

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before the service.
  • We are not responsible for reactions if relevant information is not disclosed.
  • Patch tests are recommended for certain treatments (e.g., hair color, waxing, facials).

6. Personal Belongings

  • Please take care of your personal items.
  • The salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

7. Children & Guests

  • For safety reasons, children should not be left unattended.
  • Only clients receiving services are allowed in service areas unless approved.

8. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or arrives under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

9. Hygiene & Conduct

  • We maintain high hygiene standards and expect clients to do the same.
  • Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

10. Service Guarantee

  • We aim to provide high-quality services.
  • Results may vary depending on hair/skin type and aftercare.

11. Promotions & Packages

  • Offers and packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expiry dates must be respected.
